According to a research published by Intera, HR Tech for digital recruitment, there was, only in the first semester of the year 2021, a 485% growth in the opening of vacancies related to data intelligence.

ETL, then, deals with the integration of data in these three steps (extraction, transformation and loading) and are used to combine and prepare data from any sources.
With ETL, companies can act immediately, based on the data collected by streaming data and analyzed in real time.
“The data engineer is the professional who will ensure that the data necessary for data scientists arrive ready to be used, which is an essential role within the process”, explains Marcondes.
